– Return Policy
Each of our accessory and custom apparel items is guaranteed to be free of defects when they leave our care for final delivery to you. If you receive an item or shipment from us that has been damaged during the delivery process, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return.
– Returning Your Items for Store Credit or Exchange
The only way to return an item for store credit or exchange is if you’ve ordered an item using our standard sizing chart and the item does not fit as expected. In this case, you may return the item for an exchange or for store credit toward a future purchase. To make a return of this nature, you must request a return authorization within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
When ordering from our standard sizing chart, we encourage you to measure yourself accurately to avoid the need to return any items.
NOTE: Items ordered from our on-hand designs, in a color that we don’t typically stock, cannot be returned.
– Restocking Fee
All returns will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
– Receiving Your Item
Upon receipt of your order, please examine your item carefully for any damage or defects before wearing. In order to qualify for a return due to our error or defect on our part, we MUST be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Defective items must be returned to us unwashed with all of the original product packaging (not including shipping materials).
If you have a problem with an item that you believe has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us BEFORE you attempt to return it.
